A new addition under construction. There is a solar energy plant, with panels above ground and connected to the underground plant. Next to the energy plant there is Long Distance Communications Relay station. This Relay allows the capitol to reach near anywhere in the Earth Sphere. (Completed at 6/23 @ 12:52 PM)
