((Uhm, this is an ocean, you can't capture it right now. I guess as a rule of thumb, you can build a Military Base here for $20,000, I guess we'll start that now. I have no idea who added values to the oceans... you acn't capture and fortify something that's just water.))

(You said I could add value to the oceans when we did the 5k bump. I asked you and you said it was fine. I did this when we did the 5k bump, just no one took advantage of it)

((Right, I remember that now. I don't think I'm quite ready for the oceans to be captured yet. Might make an "Underwater Base" type thing for oceans instead of having to build a military base. might cost half what a military base costs. Obviously we're still figuring all this out.))
