Aleksander was a child prodigy from the very early stages of his childhood. able to discern letters and capable or reading at three. By five he was already reading the classic Grimm short tales, his parents were very demanding of him. And with due reason, he is the best combination of natural genetic tampering, that is to say selective breeding for specific genes. His Asian features come strongly from his mother's side who is 2 generation removed from Chinese heritage.
While most children were playing on the parks Aleksander was being tutored advanced subjects. He finished the equivalent of high-school by age 15. And at said age he was already a proficient acrobat and a self-accomplished fencing combatant. He never took on the more aggressive sports offered even though his father heavily demanded this of him. They were far too simple minded for him, and he preferred the finesse and demanding structure of fencing.
For most people knowledge usually means power, but not for Aleksander. To him Knowledge is the potential for power, and he showed this during his early years at college, keeping to himself and being very secretive. Most professors knew him as a star student but nothing else, he was a good fencing opponent but never the captain even though some suspected he could get the position.
Never the aggressor but always the quick learner, enemies were made during his early college years but nothing he did not dispose of later on when he was the one in charge. Aleksander landed the position of research assistant for a simple MS armature on his university. And it was then that those whom humiliated him felt his wrath, he was not unfair either, punishing only those who were indeed incompetent and helping those who truly wanted to better themselves. In the end enemies turned to friends.
He finished his college by 21 and already had a masters done, surprising but not impossible. He regarded this with little to no galore, it was of no consequence anyone who applied themselves to the task could do it. However not everyone could become as proficient as he was on strategy games, he was quite an ace at 'Go' which is a game that makes chess pale in complexity alone.
Soon enough his abilities would make him well known in some circles, and he was renown for some of his charity acts funded by some of his own works of research. But science was not something he enjoyed as much as he enjoyed playing with the minds of others. This was the reason he joined the military at age 22.
He spent four years at the officers school and his area of expertise was tactical combat. While being exceedingly good at strategy. Some could say that he is nothing but a pampered boy, and if one is too judge by his keeping of plants and a liking for traditional looks one would not be wrong. But it is best not to forget that even an officer goes thru basic training, with his past on gymnastics he was quite able to do so with ease.
Aleksander is a mind-killer, that is to say his greatest weapon is his mind. But it would do best not to underestimate his combat abilities while on foot or on a Mobile Suit. Not the greatest pilot but he is nothing to snort at on a one to one fight.
