Once upon a time in a hospital in the far reaches of Russia their laid a woman. A pregnant woman, about to give birth to a child who would have a long honorable life ahead of him. Andrei was born into an average family, to say the most. He didn't have anything to dramatic happen during his childhood, it was rather nice in fact. They were all in all a happy middle class family. But perfect becomes mundane after awhile, at the age of 18 he joined the Earth Federation Forces in hope of breaking the monotony of life. He wanted a little adventure, to add some spice to life.
Joining the EFF wasn't an easy time in his life, in fact it probably turned out to be one of the hardest. The basic training broke him down and built him up into a man. A man of Honor and pride for not only his country, but for Earth itself. He started off his Military career as a mechanic, working on everything from common ground vehicles and ships up to transport ships and even a few mobile suits. It didn't take long for him to be recognized as a hard worker willing to learn and try it all. He had moved up in ranks pretty quickly his first term of service and when asked if he wanted to re-enlist he jumped at the idea.
His first five year term of active duty ended quickly in his eyes. He was a new man, a Military based man, he couldn't just walk away now. Instead of signing up for another five year contract this time he signed up for ten. He didn't re-enlist as a mechanic like the Military hoped for him, instead he re-enlisted under an operator's pay. After all those years of working on them his biggest dream turned into operating them.
Fast forward seven years and you have an ace operator and pilot who has moved up the Federation's rankings enough to lead a decent amount of men. Andrei is an honored pilot who has a healthy mechanical background and helps out whenever and however he can. An above average asset to the Federation's cause.
